Discovery Park
For FHE, Mark and I have to get pretty darn creative these days, so we went to this park that I L-O-V-E! It is one of the coolest parks. There are a lot of parks out there that are really generic that have plastic slides, monkey bars, swings, blah, blah, blah, boring akjs dlfiaj;owe ifhakjfhlak sjfhla ksjdf hlak....you get my point right? Anyways, THIS park is like a learning jungle. You pretend you are the king of this HUGE fort and you run around to these different sections such as: the earthquake platform (what it supposedly feels like to be in an earthquake), walk the line section (more for teens, but it is a balance beam but more challenging), bull riding (made out of plastic tires- pretty cool I guess if you are two years old), spinning things you sit on (really cool!!! trust me on this one), spaceship, and overall, it is just a very interesting park! It is made to use the imaginations of the children that come and play.... Sorry I didn't take a picture of the entire park, but to give you a mental image, it looks like a HUGE wooden fort! Here are some pictures~!
Mark looks so Happy!!!!
A beehive. They have an entire area of beehives.... I have never really understood why....
Don't look at my face. I was trying to show the balance beam thing. Making a point. Point made.
Like I said-Tricky
I don't really know what Mark is doing.....
Here we are looking from the bull swing thing.... and Mark is falling.

Very fun. Who says parks are for 12 and under? Actually, the park we go to has a sign that says just that. Brandon let's me know every time I get on the swing. My kids are such rule holder till they are my rules.

That looks fun!! I am glad you two love birds do so many fun things together!! Oh to be a newly wed again......
What do you mean Nat? You still are a newly wed...it's I that is that old geezer. Eww, was that politacly incorrect?
Look at you two- going to the park for fun! Yeah, not so much for me anymore. Going to the park is work now. Just a lot of work...and chasing...and pushing kids on swings...and work. Did I mention going to the park is a lot of work? You are always more than welcome to swing on by and take my littles to the park. Or I can swing on by your house. I'm easy to work with if someone is willing to take my kids for even 2 minutes.
Nat, you're not giving a very strong endorsement for having kids. I don't think mom would approve.
While you're in the mood for taking kids to the park... I have three that would go very nicely with you and one that just wants to be held 24/7. Also, If you're up really early in the morning, lets say between 2-4am I have one that would LOVE for you to come over and visit him. He gives cute smiles as reward. It'll be cute prep for you two "love birds". Who am I kidding...it'll be great birth control.
Me thinks you went on a big trip and have yet to return and report? Shame shame shame.
